1. 14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of any subscription or license, whether that is a Pro plugin or theme, or a paid CatchLume plan. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of that first purchase and we will refund it in full. This guarantee applies to the first purchase of a given product, not to every renewal.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically covered by the money-back guarantee. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals, and cancelling before the renewal date means you will not be charged again. If a renewal caught you by surprise, reach out, we look at these case by case and aim to be fair.
3. Prepaid credit packs
Pay-as-you-go credit packs are refundable only if they are unused. Once you have started spending credits from a pack, that pack is no longer eligible for a refund. Unused, never-expiring credits from a pack can be refunded on request within a reasonable period of purchase.
4. How to request a refund
There are two ways to ask for a refund:
- Email us at support@shakvaro.com with the email address used at purchase and, if you have it, your Paddle order or receipt number.
- Contact Paddle directly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can reach Paddle at paddle.com/support.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle processes the approved refund and returns the money to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Abuse of the policy
We may decline a refund where the policy is being abused. For example, consuming a full month of verification credits or clearly using the software in production and then repeatedly requesting refunds, or requesting refunds on multiple accounts to keep using a paid product for free, is not a good-faith use of the guarantee. We also reserve the right to decline refunds required to be denied by law or where fraud is suspected.
